Wholesale CBD - PayPal Payments

I look after a vape store directory site and we have had a posting from a vape shop in the USA that likewise markets CBD items. A Month later, PayPal has written to use to claim that our account has been restricted and have requested us to get rid of PayPal as a payment solution from our vape shop submission site. We do not sell CBD items like CBD oil. We only offer marketing solutions to CBD companies. I have visited Holland & Barrett-- the UK's Reputable Health and wellness Merchant and if you take a close look, you will see that they supply a look at californias vaping laws 2 relatively comprehensive variety of CBD product lines, primarily CBD oil and they also happen to take PayPal as a payment solution. It appears that PayPal is applying contradictory standards to many different companies. Due to this limitation, I can no longer accept PayPal on my CBD-related internet site. This has restricted my payment possibilities and now, I am intensely dependent on Cryptocurrency payments and direct bank transfers. I have talked with a solicitor from a Magic Circle law firm in The city of london and they stated that what PayPal is doing is altogether unlawful and inequitable as it should be applying a systematic criterion to all firms. I am yet to check with one more legal representative from a US law firm in The city of london to see what PayPal's legal position is in the United States. In the meantime, I would be very appreciative if anybody here at could provide me with substitute payment processors/merchants that deal with CBD companies.
